Co-Founder
A Facilities Management professional with over 10 years experience covering a wide range of portfolios and projects.

Across my time in FM Ive delivered a range of projects including procurement, implementation, management & reporting across CAFM, supply chains & internal teams to a number of clients including; Public & Private Healthcare, Local Authorities, National Infrastructure & Military, Private Network Operators, Education, Hospitalities & Accomodation.

With a keen eye for performance improvement I have a demonstrable track record of delivering significant improvements & cost savings, whilst developing stronger teams.

We started Phase 7 Assured to support organisations in both private and public sectors with their FM deployment. Experiencing and understanding the FM industry across public & private sectors has allowed us to develop a strong toolkit to support clients with any aspect of their FM organisation.

My expertise lies in the strategic management of FM procurement, crafting comprehensive service definitions, conducting rigorous performance evaluations, overseeing FM audits, and ensuring compliance with health inspections.
I've excelled in designing and executing a comprehensive Statutory and Mandatory Compliance audits for public service bodies, involving strategic assessment, new service models, and customized compliance reports.
